Made to Order
All of my products are made to order in the UK to reduce waste. This prevents me from offering next day or expedited delivery options in most cases. If you do have a tight turnaround, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and I will do my best to help.

Lead time for turnaround and delivery of an order is 7-10 working days. Please note - working days exclude public and bank holidays which may vary depending on your location. Full order tracking is provided.

Delivery
I deliver to any registered mailing address in the UK, including the Channel Islands, but excluding PO boxes. Delivery is
calculated based on the order value and there is a minimum order spend of £120.
UK and Channel Islands:

Order Amendments and Changes to Delivery Information
Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address you supply, so any changes to that address must be reported to Bimble Cloud within 24hrs of the order being placed, as I may have your products in stock and be in a position to ship earlier than the lead time.
Faulty or Missing Items
If there are any issues with your order, such as faulty or missing stock, this must be reported to me within 24hrs on receipt of order, with relevant photographs or evidence of the error, and I will be happy to investigate and resolve for you by way of refund to the original payment method, or replacement of products.

Changes to Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery, we will get in touch with you.
